Generic name packets rarely match the spelling a child actually needs. InkPractice lets you type the exact first name—or a short letter drill—and print a sheet built for that learner.

Defaults are tuned for early writers: handwriting style, large letters, title case, trace mode, and US Letter paper.
Suggested workflow
- Start with the first name only.
- Keep trace mode on so letters appear light enough to follow.
- Use solid example row when you want a model line at the top.
- Add one blank row so the child can try without a guide.
- Download a PDF and keep sessions short—about five focused minutes.
When joins are ready, move the same name to cursive practice sheets. For single-letter warm-ups, type patterns like Aa or Mm instead of a full name.
Classroom tips
- Prepare one sheet per student by changing only the name field.
- Print Letter paper to match most US school trays.
- Reprint when a nickname, middle name, or corrected spelling enters the routine.
